What is SAFIR?
SAFIR is an online business management software (ERP) designed for glaziers and glass businesses. It covers customer relations, quotes, orders, invoicing, glazing drawing and pricing, planning and follow-ups.
What does SAFIR include?
The modules available today: customers and suppliers, catalogue, quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, price requests, follow-ups, planning and glazing. The Basis includes customers and suppliers, the catalogue and invoices. Debtors, creditors, staff management and the job completion app are coming soon.
How much does SAFIR cost?
The Basis costs 49 CHF / EUR per month and includes 1 user and 2 GB of storage. Each extra user costs 10 CHF / EUR per month, and each other module its price per month for each user who uses it. The SAFIR Bestseller package, at 149 CHF / EUR per month, includes 3 users, quotes, orders, price requests and planning, and 10 GB; it applies automatically when it is cheaper.
Why a price per user for each module?
You only pay for a module for the people who use it. If only two people prepare quotes, the Quotes module counts two users, even if your team has five.
Can I try SAFIR for free?
Yes. Once your request is approved, you get a 14-day free trial. If you do not confirm the subscription, access is suspended at the end of the trial; your data is kept.
Can I pay in Swiss francs or in euros?
Yes. You choose CHF or EUR when you send your request; prices are set in each of the two currencies.
Do I need to install software?
No. SAFIR is used in the browser, on a computer or a tablet. Hosting and updates are handled by us.
Can I change modules, users or storage later?
Yes, at any time, from your customer area. The new price is shown before you confirm, and every change is dated in your history.
Is the Swiss QR-bill supported?
Yes, the Invoices module produces invoices with the Swiss QR-bill.
